I'm a UX/CX designer based in Minneapolis, MN — currently a Principal Designer at UnitedHealthcare working on Abyss, the enterprise design system. Before that, I designed member-facing experiences on the MyUHC portal, used by millions of members.
Occasionally, I take on freelance projects with small businesses and startups. That work includes branding, marketing sites, and product design for clients like TRADEWORK, The Nest Birth and Family Services, and other local Minnesota businesses.
Outside of work, I make a point to avoid screens and spend my time mountain biking, working with my hands on house projects, or organizing (anything). As much as I enjoy those hobbies, the most important work I do is being a husband and father: the most difficult and rewarding role I’ve been given.
